Dozens of ideas and possibilities tend to float around in the entrepreneur’s head, but these unguided thought processes can become overwhelming.

Billy Epperhart

WealthBuilders Founder & CEO

Billy Epperhart is a successful entrepreneur and a nationally known speaker and author. He is the CEO of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College, as well as the co-founder of the Charis Business School. He also oversees the strategic direction of his nonprofit, WealthBuilders, which provides financial and spiritual education to help people make sense of making money for making a difference. The missional arm of WealthBuilders, Tricord Global, provides microfinance loans and business training in developing nations. In addition, Billy is a Founder of WealthBuilders Investment Services, an investment company that locates and creates Biblically Responsible and Pro-Values Investing options to facilitate the expansion of Kingdom-minded causes. In his free time, Billy enjoys fly-fishing, camping with his four grandsons, and traveling around the world with his wife, Becky.

Dave is pastor of global development for Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas. In addition, he helped found the Bethel School of Supernatural Business. His passion is helping people achieve their full potential and have a positive impact on their communities.  He has over 25 years of ministry experience and is a retired police officer and serves as a Chaplain for the Southlake Police Department. He and his wife, Karen, reside in Southlake. They have three children and one grandchild.

Frank Pulley

Real Estate Investor and Coach, Former Multi-Million Dollar Business Owner and Advisor 

Treat others how you’d want to be treated. The Golden Rule applies to making friends and living a good life, but in Frank Pulley’s experience, it’s also the secret to building a multimillion dollar business and an impressive real estate portfolio.


“It’s one thing to say you should treat others well,” Frank says, “But it’s a heck of a lot harder to do it.”

Frank got his business start when he left college because he saw the money to be made in the grocery industry. He worked his way to upper management at King Soopers and served there for 12 years. Around that time, he and his wife Becky began to get restless. So, they took a plunge (literally). 

Frank, Becky, and a couple of friends bought a retail recreation store that specialized in scuba diving and travel. After a few years*, they had 30+ employees and had grown the store from $25,000/mo to a multimillion dollar business. 

“The one thing we are is risk takers,” Frank says. “Becky and I have always taken chances, and we’ve made our decisions together.”

Among other endeavors, Frank’s season as a business owner included group travel, business coaching, and scuba instructing. However, it was also a time of 60-70 hour work weeks and endless hustle. At the time, a 12-hour workday was considered mild. After Frank and Becky had been in the business for 22 years, they decided it was time to make a change.

“We had become ENC Christians–Easter and Christmas. We didn’t like that; it wasn’t our upbringing. We wanted something that would give us time to be with our family, honor God, and do some work with the homeless,” Frank says.

That ‘something’ turned out to be real estate investing. They joined a coaching program led by real estate lawyer and investor, Bill Bronchick, in 2001. By 2006, they were fully into real estate and were able to sell their half of the business to their partners. By 2010, Bill Bronchick invited Frank to come alongside him as a coach. This was in part due to his real estate aptitude, but even moreso for his business acumen. Not long after, WealthBuilders scooped him up as a real estate coach, too. 

Entrepreneurship, whether through a storefront or real estate business, is a pathway to serve your community and design the life you’ve dreamed of. Frank and Becky Pulley are proof that if you work hard in a specific direction and have faith, you can accomplish your goals.

David Briggs

Vice President of WealthBuilders and Tricord Global

Shortly after David Briggs became a Christian, he went to Bible college and met his wife, Melta. While they were there, they had a personal encounter with the Lord. It was clear God was calling them to mission work, but his heart’s desire wasn’t to be a missionary. Rather, he wanted to raise money for missionaries in the field.

David has always had one foot in the business world. When he started pastoring a smaller church, they couldn’t afford to pay him a full-time salary. So, he started a subcontracting business to subsidize his income. As a pastor and evangelist, David noticed that the missionaries they worked alongside were in continual financial tension. When they went on leave, inflation had eaten up their money, and they were so busy trying to garner financial support that they couldn’t rest. 

The second problem David noticed was the lack of outward transformation in the areas where He went to do mission work. He found that preaching and teaching alone weren’t equating to any tangible changes in the community. People were poor, and the cities were far from thriving.

“It was like sticking your finger in water,” David mused. “Once you removed it, you couldn’t tell it had been there. 

Over time, the desire to see true Kingdom transformation across the globe burgeoned in David’s heart. He longed to see the kingdoms of the world conform to the Kingdom of God in every sphere of society. That desire came to fruition through his friendship with Billy Epperhart and their formation of Tricord Global. 

David is the Vice President of Tricord Global, a nonprofit that raises the investor capital to provide microfinance loans to entrepreneurs and church planters in developing nations. Through Tricord, David has seen beggars turn into business owners. With a hand up, not a handout, they become empowered to serve and influence their communities for the Kingdom. 

Whether it be through his work with WealthBuilders, Tricord Global, or operational consulting, David helps people get the practical tools necessary to maximize their transformational impact. 

“I want to see Christians become salt and light; influencers in their community with the ability to change it because they are empowered to do so,” David says.

Colin Carr

CEO of Carr Realty,

Ever since he graduated from high school, Colin Carr has had the entrepreneurial bug. With that vision in mind, he forewent college and landed his first full-time job at 19. He worked as a property manager under a connection who owned several multi-family apartment complexes. There, a fascination with real estate began to grow.


In his early twenties, Colin moved to Denver, Colorado, and continued in the property management of several mid and high-rise apartment complexes in the downtown area. At 23, Colin received his broker’s license and began representing local, regional, and national companies with their commercial real estate needs. As a jack of all trades, he represented landlords, sellers, tenants, buyers, and investors across a broad spectrum of specialties, including office, industrial, retail, land, and investment real estate.


After almost a decade of real estate experience and hundreds of completed transactions, Colin began to focus exclusively on healthcare. He quickly realized that he could have more impact and influence in healthcare than any other field. One transaction could benefit doctors, their staff, hundreds upon thousands of patients, and vendors.


“One thing we noticed was that unrepresented tenants and buyers almost always paid more and received less in concessions that professionally represented tenants and buyers. Nowhere was this more evident than in healthcare,” Colin said.


Through hard work and honed focus, Colin founded and developed CARR, the leading provider of commercial real estate services for healthcare tenants and buyers in the United States. According to Colin, God gave him the idea for the company when he and his wife, April, attended Charis Bible College in 2008. Their goal was to create a Kingdom-minded company led by the truth of Matthew 6:33: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” To Colin, running a Kingdom-minded organization means operating with integrity and excellence, as well as continuing to increase in their capacity to serve others.


“A lot of people focus on the natural and they miss the spiritual, or they focus on the spiritual and they miss the natural. It’s got to be both,” Colin says. “We are called to faithfully steward the things God trusts us with, whether that’s talents, opportunities, or people.”
