There is a biblical promise of prosperity throughout scripture, but what does that mean? Throughout time, people have misused and abused biblical prosperity to be something it’s not. We like the following definition: prosperity is having an abundance of resources to fully accomplish God’s will.

God restores fortunes that may have been lost through theft or a lack of understanding. There is a field of harvest for you! God’s abundance is empowering, relational, and generational. In this episode of The WealthBuilders Podcast, Karen Conrad and Dave Metcalfe discuss God’s abundance and how you can access it in your daily life.

Bible Verses on Prosperity:

Deuteronomy 8:18 (NIV): “But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth, and so confirms his covenant, which he swore to your ancestors, as it is today.”

Psalm 107:33 – 38 (ESV):

He turns rivers into a desert,

springs of water into thirsty ground,

a fruitful land into a salty waste,

because of the evil of its inhabitants.

He turns a desert into pools of water,

a parched land into springs of water.

And there he lets the hungry dwell,

and they establish a city to live in;

they sow fields and plant vineyards

and get a fruitful yield.

By his blessing they multiply greatly,

and he does not let their livestock diminish.”

Isaiah 48:17 (NKJV): “Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, The Holy One of Israel: “I am the LORD your God, Who teaches you to profit, Who leads you by the way you should go.”

1 Corinthians 5:7 (NIV): “Therefore you do not lack any spiritual gift as you eagerly wait for our Lord Jesus Christ to be revealed.”

Ephesians 1:3 (TPT): “Every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm has already been lavished upon us as a love gift from our wonderful heavenly Father, the Father of our Lord Jesus—all because he sees us wrapped into Christ. This is why we celebrate him with all our hearts!”

Ephesians 3:20 (ESV): “Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,”

  • (TPT): “Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.”
