What did you do early on to get where you are now in real estate?
What are some things I can take advantage of now in this day and age with all of this technology at my fingertips to prepare me for real estate…what would you do if you were in your twentys today?
Estevan…. the way that I started was by purchasing my first house to live in. Then several years later I moved to a bigger house and kept that one for a rental. I borrowed against the equity in those two houses to buy several more. And then I just repeated using equity (about 10% sometimes more) from each property to buy the next one.
