Hey guys. It’s been on my mind and heart for a while now to start adding a vlog to our weekly rotation. I really love the idea of delivering information through these three words: read, hear and watch. That thought has led me to moving beyond just the written word to capturing my favorite style of imparting information: live teaching.
Many of you know that two of my big roles in the workplace are as a teacher and speaker. I love working in these roles. It is a passion of mine to pass on the things that I had to learn the hard way!
That’s also the reason behind what I talk about in this video: my upcoming book, “Money Mastery.” It’s where I finally put down many of the lessons on wealth building that I’ve had to learn over decades. It’s also the first time I commit to writing what I believe is the key to building wealth: the Triple X Factor.

I believe that God gave me the Triple X Factor very slowly. See, when I started my journey to build wealth I was doing it for all the wrong reasons. I was selfishly motivated and didn’t work with God in that process. But that didn’t stop God from working with me to build wealth. Even though it took several years for my heart to click into place, I found out that God had been teaching me all along. And that resulted in a revelation of the Triple X Factor.
I like the Triple X Factor because it’s a little bit different then most of the teaching I’ve read on the topic of building wealth. Instead of just teaching you how to get out of debt, it gives you something to hope for. And in my opinion it gives us something to hope for that’s a lot more worthwhile than just being rich! Instead, the Triple X Factor leads you to a place of wealth in your life where you can live off of 30% of your income and give 70% away. It leads you to a place where you are empowered to empower others. You can change cities and nations. And my hope is that it will be a help to many of you as you journey to build wealth and make a difference in the world.
